Findby is a workbench for freelance web designers and small agencies who sell websites to local businesses. We evaluate Google Places listings, generate a demonstration site for each qualified prospect, and draft the initial outreach. The operator closes. Engagements settle in the 500$-to-3000$ range.
01 · Discovery
The leads most agencies move past.
Local businesses with broken or missing web presence stall in conventional agency pipelines: qualification consumes more time than the projected revenue justifies. Findby reads every Google Places signal that bears on the question — domain status, social-media currency, review recency, deliverability — and surfaces the short list. Each lead carries the context that surfaced it, not just a URL.
02 · Demonstration site
A working site arrives before the conversation does.
AI populates one of three designer-grade templates with the operational details gathered during discovery — photographs, opening hours, menu, contact. The site is hosted at a subdomain of newshop.studio composed from the business name, so the URL reads as the prospect’s own rather than as a third-party preview.
03 · Outreach
Drafts written from the context that found the lead.
Each draft is generated from the same discovery context. The opening sentence references a specific observation rather than a templated mail-merge field; the body proposes the demonstration site as the starting point. Two subject variants split-test across the first fifty sends in a cohort, with the winner selected on open rate. Compliance footer attaches before send.
04 · Deliverability
The infrastructure that determines whether anything is read.
Mailbox providers calibrate sender reputation gradually; a new domain that arrives at production volume on day one is routed to spam. Each domain provisioned through Findby enters a 21-day warm-up before carrying real outreach. Bounces and complaints flow into a single suppression list automatically. Senders that drift past the complaint threshold pause themselves and surface a remediation checklist before resuming.
